Residence Parioli has recently been renovated and is located in Rimini Marina Centro in a quiet neighbourhood. The pay beach is 200 m away, and the free part of the beach is 500 m away.

On site there is a reception, bar, launderette, elevator and car park. There are many shops within a radius of 50 m. Bicycles are freely available, and there are discount agreements with tennis courts/clubs, swimming pool, sailing boats and windsurfing school.

The place is recommended to families and holiday makers who want relaxing surroundings. The place is not suitable for young people who come to Rimini for the night life, as night time noise is not tolerated.
