Fattoria Raccianello enjoys spectacular views over the town from its location in the hills 5 km outside San Gimignano. In November every year the fruit from the large olive groves surrounding the farm is pressed to create a wonderful olive oil. Peace and tranquility reign supreme here.


There is plenty of space between the buildings so there is no need for guests to feel crowded. The apartments were refurbished in 2003 and very tastefully furnished in the so-called arte povera style, which is the style associated with country life in Tuscany.


In the garden there is a 14 x 7 m swimming pool (1.40 - 1.90 m deep) and large public rooms freely available for the use of the guests. Naturally you are welcome to buy the oil and wine produced on the farm directly. The nearest restaurant ('Il Rifugio') is only 400 m away.

- The apartment is on the first floor in the main building and consists of a living room with sofa bed for two, kitchen, bedroom with double bed and bathroom. The apartment has a beautiful solid olive wood parquet floor! The apartment has its own balcony.
The 2-room apartment Camelia sleeps 4 (70 m²)
- The apartment is on the first floor in the main building and consists of a living room with fireplace and sofa bed for two, kitchen-dining room, bedroom with double bed and bathroom. The apartment also has an especially beautiful parquet floor in solid olive wood! The apartment has a loggia with a view of San Gimignano.
The 3-room apartment Iris sleeps 6
- The apartment is in a little detached house next to the shared rooms and consists of a living room with sofa bed for two, dining room with  kitchenette, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two single beds and bathroom. The apartment has air conditioning and own terrace in front of the entrance door.
The 3-room apartment Glicine sleeps 6
- The apartment is in a little detached house near the swimming pool. It consists of a living room with sofa bed for two and kitchenette, two bedrooms with double bed and bathroom. The apartment has air conditioning plus a covered terrace.
