When is it available?

Casa Bassa is 5 minutes drive (6 km) from the atmospheric medieval town of Orvieto, which is built from tuff stone. Casa Bassa is a typical farmhouse, which has been renovated in a traditional and local style with the nearest shops are only 3 km away.

The vibrant colours of the countryside set against the tuff stone walls give the villa a relaxed feeling. This is always particularly appreciated by those who are used to the chaos of city life. The house is situated at the top of a hill and the views stretch right from the hilltops to the vineyards, olive groves and corn fields. The house is set in its own large garden full of flowers and equipped with garden furniture and a swimming pool (4 x 8 m), which will make the stay even more enjoyable.

Villa sleeps 10:
- The house is approx. 220 m² and is furnished with classic furniture. It has a dishwasher, washing machine plus own heating. The house is on two floors; at the ground floor you find a livingroom with a kitchenette, a bedroom with a dobble bed and a handicap bathroom with shower. You reach the first floor via an outdoor staircase, which ends in a little loggia with a lovely view. It consists of a large living room with large fireplace, kitchen-dining room, two bedrooms with double bed, two bedrooms with two single beds plus two bathrooms with toilet and shower and bath tub respectively.
