Residence Lia is approx. 700 m from the beach and close to the centre. The town has plenty of amusements to suit everyone and a good assortment of shops, bars and ice cream bars. A wide selection of restaurants to suit every budget and taste can also be found.

Residence Lia has a swimming pool for children and adults as well as a car park. All the apartments have a balcony or small garden with garden furniture and TV. The large 4-room apartments also have air conditioning.

The apartments are all fitted with new furniture; there is a kitchenette, without oven, in the living room, and a bathroom with toilet and shower.
