Villa Antonia is set in quiet surroundings in the soft hills behind Sampieri. The western beach of Sampieri is within approx. 600 m and is reached by a footpath. The main square and shops are 800 m away, as is the wide private beach. The nearest restaurant/pizzeria is 300 m from the house.

The villa is surrounded by a large garden and has wide verandas with space for eating or relaxing outside, and enjoying the sea views. There is a private parking space by the house.

The villa is 180 m˛ and on one level. It is suitable for several couples or a large family. There are three bedrooms with double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with toilet and bath, and bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine. The living room has a sofa arrangement and TV, and it is open plan with the dining room which leads out to the terrace and sea views. Of course there is also a kitchen with 4 gas rings, oven and fridge freezer.
