In 2003 Residence Kenzia was renovated. It is located in the centre of Cattolica approx 200 m from the beach. Restaurants, ice cream bars, cafés and shops are within easy distance.

The apartments all have air conditioning (from end of June till end of August), satellite TV, safe deposit box, dishwasher and washing machine. They may be split over two floors.
