Residence Manuela is situated in the centre of Riccione, approx. 150 m from the beach and 400 m from the central Viale Ceccarini.
Within walking distance there is plenty of shopping and eating to be found. The property has a car park and an elevator. Only four apartments in the entire building are rented out to tourists, the others are occupied by locals so unnecessary noise at night is not tolerated.
The apartments are spacious and all have TV, washing machine, two bathrooms and a balcony.
