This lovely old villa from 1850 is located a short distance outside the exciting and almost totally overlooked cultural town Pistoia. Around the villa there is a big garden with oak trees and old Lebanese cedar trees.
The views from here are beautiful, the atmosphere relaxed and friendly. Guests are welcome to use the owners' book- and record collection, and it is also possible to book dinner on site.
In the garden there is an assortment of garden furniture and a lovely swimming pool. In the nearby woods you can go for walks or mountain bike rides.
The five bedrooms all have en suite bathroom, air conditioning and TV.
In fact, the villa is part of a large farm with 17 hectares land of which 7 are covered by vineyard and 10 by woods. Guests are welcome to buy the farm's produce including chianti and olive oil.
