The apartments are situated in Carano, 2.5 km from the centre of Cavalese which is reached by a free bus service. The motorway exit at Ora is just 20 km away. The property sits on a mountain peak and overlooks the entire Fassa valley, the peak of Mount San Martino and the Lagorai mountain range. It enjoys a sunny and quiet location.

Facilities include a large communal living room, bar, TV lounge, games room, pizzeria, pub, coin-operated laundry, parking (not supervised) and garage as well as a shopping centre with various kinds of shops (kiosk, supermarket, cash dispenser etc.)
