The square that this and the rest of the San Gregorio apartments surround has a bar and restaurant and is a great communal meeting centre for fishermen and tourists alike. The apartments are small and over furnished for their size, but with that said it may not be noticed because of the atmosphere of the square and the lapping sea beckoning at the door step.

On the other side of the road there is a nice beach where the local fishermen sail in and out and return with the day's catch. Behind the house runs the railway line, but as it is raised up over the rooftop of the house, the noise is more subdued here than in other parts of the town. However, you have to expect a certain amount of noise the few times a day when a train passes (last train leaves at 21:00 and the first about 06:00). Some find this noise disturbing, but others consider it so slight that it is not worth mentioning.

2-room apartment sleeping 2/3 (1st floor with terrace and sea view):
-The apartment is situated on the first floor and the access is via an outside staircase at the back of the house. There is a small balcony here as well. The apartment consists of entrance, bedroom with double bed and adjoining bathroom with toilet and shower cabin, spacious living room with kitchen (four gas rings and oven) and dining table arrangement as well as sofa and sofa bed for one person, which is available for use at an extra charge. There is also a TV and from the living room there is access to the large balcony with table, chairs and sun umbrella. Here you can enjoy the sea view with a glass in your hand or whilst eating your meals.
