A typical mountain hut located 1470 m above sea level and approx. 4 km from the centre of Saint Nicolas.
There is 21 km to Aosta and 10 km to the nearest motorway exit.
On site there is a car park and a bar-restaurant "Grand Sarriod".
Shopping is in Saint Nicolas.
In Aosta there are a number of restaurants and more shopping.
We would definitely recommend a visit to the town, which has Roman remains and a quaint town centre.
