Casa Xe Gradenigo is located on Campo San Tomá near the better known Campo dei Frari and its basilica. The Rialto bridge is approx. 10 minutes walk away and so is Piazza San Marco. The house is only 30 m from Canal Grande, which runs through the city, and the San Tomá waterbus stop.

The apartment occupies an elevated ground floor so there is no need to worry about being flooded at high tide. The apartment has recently been renovated and furnished.
