The square that this and the rest of the San Gregorio apartments surround has a bar and restaurant and is a great communal meeting centre for fishermen and tourists alike. The apartments are small and over furnished for their size, but with that said it may not be noticed because of the atmosphere of the square and the lapping sea beckoning at the door step.

The railway line between Palermo and Messina runs behind the houses so you must expect some noise the few times a day when a train passes (last train runs at approx. 21:00 and the first at approx. 06:00). Some find this noise a nuisance, but others find it so slight that it is not worth mentioning.

- The apartment is on the first floor and has a kitchen, living room with dining table and sofa bed and single bed, bedroom with double bed, and bathroom with toilet and shower. From both the living room and bedroom there is access to the balcony with sea views which runs along the front of the house. The apartment is fitted with TV and shares the use of washing machine with Terrazza La Perla and Casa Stella Marina.
