Casa Cappa faces the charming square in San Gregorio next the Pizzeria da Matteo and just opposite the beach.

The railway line between Palermo and Messina runs behind the square. You should be prepared for a certain amount of noise the few times a day when a train is passing (the last train runs at 21:00 and the first one at 06:00). Some find this noise disturbing and others so insignificant that it is not worth mentioning.

3-room apartment sleeping 5/6 (1st or 2nd floor with balcony and seaviews):
- The apartments are on the 1st floor (apartment Delfino) and 2nd floor (apartment Dentice) of the highest building in the square. From the balcony of the apartments on the front of the house there are spectacular views over the square and the entire bay. The apartments are both spacious, and furnished in a homely style with TV and washing machine. They consist of kitchen/dining room, living room with dining table and chairs, bedroom with single bed, bedroom with double bed, and bathroom with toilet and bath tub. From the living room there is access to a furnished balcony with sea views, and from the bedroom there is access to a terrace facing the mountains and the railway.
