Casa Genziana is located in Colombare di Sirmione, approx. 200 m from the lake in a green and quiet area. It is a relatively new property facing the bathing pools "Virgilio". Here is a swimming pool and garage. The apartments are practically furnished. They share the garden and swimming pool with the residents of Casa Azalea.

The location is quiet and peaceful in a small residential street, not the main thoroughfare.
The apartments are handed over clean, but since they are left partly open on the day of arrival you may have to sweep once more.

The apartments are on two floors. The main floor consists of a living room with kitchenette (4 hotplates and gas oven) and sofa bed, bedroom with double bed, balcony and bathroom with toilet and little bath tub. There is one bedroom with a double and a single bed in the attic, and also a roof terrace.
