Casa Mimosa is located in Colombare di Sirmione, approx. 150 m from the lake. It is a new property next to the shopping centre and just across from the bathing pools "Virgilio".

The property enjoys a quiet and peaceful position in a small residential street, but you must expect a certain amount of traffic noise from the nearby main road. The apartments are handed over clean, but since they are left partly open on the day of arrival you may have to sweep once more.

The apartments are practically furnished and they all have a balcony.
