Casa Rosa is located in Colombare di Sirmione, approx. 150 m from the lake. It is a new property next to the shopping centre and just across from the bathing pools "Virgilio". By the property there is a garden, swimming pool and garage.

The property enjoys a quiet and peaceful position in a small residential street, not out to a main road.
The apartments are handed over clean, but since they are left partly open on the day of arrival you may have to sweep once more.
