Five newly refurbished holiday apartments are situated in Casale Torre del Sasso by the Apennines between Gubbio and Urbino. The apartments are on the outskirts of the town of Cagli and are surrounded by woods and fields.

Casale Torre del Sasso was built in the 15th century as a watch tower and constituted part of Cagli's defences. The apartments are close to the ancient Roman road Via Flaminia, and the area still shows traces of the Roman Empire. The atmospheric medieval towns of Urbino and Gubbio are approx. 30 minutes drive away, and Assisi one hour and 30 minutes by car. The famous Adriatic beaches of Pesaro and Fano are 40-60 km away. If you are interested in caves you should certainly consider a visit to the Frasassi grottos.

Mario and his wife Eriberta own and manage the farm. They have created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Around the apartments there is a great park and a garden with roses and pomegranates as well as a swimming pool. Try the nice walks or mountain bike rides along the river or in the hills. It is possible to go swimming in several places along the river.

The apartments are well furnished in traditional country style. All the apartments have safe deposit box, satellite TV and outdoor barbecue.

Is approx. 40 m² and sleeps four. It is on the ground floor and consists of a living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower. There is a little veranda outside.

is approx. 40m² large and sleeps four. It is on the first floor and consists of a living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower.

is the last renewed accommodation at Casale Torre del Sasso. It is on the ground floor and consists of a living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower. There is a spacious veranda outside with table and chairs.

4-room apartment Le Volte

is approx. 160 square metres and sleeps 6. It is on the ground floor and consists of a kitchen with access to a stone oven outside, large living room with a vaulted ceiling, living room with double sofa bed and direct access to the garden, bedroom with double bed, another bedroom between the living room and the first bedroom with double sofa bed, bathroom with shower and extra toilet.

Five-room apartment I Colombi

Is approx. 180 square metres and sleeps eight on two floors. On the first floor there is a large living room with fireplace, kitchen-dining room, bedroom with double bed and own bathroom, bedroom with double bed, and sleeping loft sleeps 2. In the tower on the second floor is an extra bedroom.
