Residence Le Terazze is a group of apartments overlooking Cala d'Ambra.

The apartments are approx. 300 m from the sea and the beach, which is accessible via a path. San Teodoro's centre with all kinds of shops and facilities is 600 m away.

The ground or first floor apartments all have furnished verandas overlooking the sea and the island of Tavolara. From summer 2004 the apartments will be split into two categories, Standard and VIP apartments. The Standard apartments are simply and practically furnished and have aerial point, whilst the VIP apartments are refurbished and fitted with all new furniture, TV and washing machine.

The apartments are on the first floor with a fantastic view of the sea. They consist of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, bedroom with double bed, smaller bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom and veranda with garden furniture. The apartments are also equipped with TV and washing machine.
