Outside the small town of Torgiano, in the very heart of Umbria, you find the vineyard Azienda Agricola Spinola. One of the buildings belonging to the large property has been converted to three superb apartments.

Apart from producing wine and organic vegetables the farm also breeds livestock. Guests are able to take advantage of this by buying directly from the "stable door". However, you are never on top of each other because the building housing the apartments stands on its own in its own large enclosed garden with fruit trees, pergola and 5 x 10 m swimming pool.

Each apartment has its own barbecue to be put anywhere suitable in the garden. The apartments "Brufa" and "Mela" also have washing machine and dishwasher, TV, oven, telephone and safe deposit box. Pets are welcome. Various shops and tennis courts are 1 km away in Torgiano, and horse riding facilities are 3 km away. Perugia is 13 km and Assisi 15 km away.

The 3-room apartment Nido (55 m²) is on the ground floor in its own building opposite the two other apartments. The apartment is suitable for the disabled and consists of a little kitchen, living room with sofa bed, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with toilet. The apartment has an oven, dishwasher, washing machine, telephone and own veranda with garden furniture. It is possible to sleep 2 extra in the sofa bed in the living room for an extra charge.

The five room apartment Mela (140 m²) is on two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room, dining area with kitchenette, bedroom with little double bed and bathroom with toilet. On the first floor there is a living room with fireplace, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two single beds and bathroom with toilet with bath tub. It is possible to sleep two extra in the sofa bed in the living room at extra cost.
