Residence Monica is located in Riva del Garda in olive green surroundings 1 km from the centre and only 300 m from bars, shops, restaurants and the beach.

Facilities at the complex include bar, reception, hall, TV lounge, gaming room, large garden and a very big swimming pool, tennis court, football pitch, basketball- and volleyball courts, playground and car park. For biking enthusiasts who bring their own mountain bikes, there is a bicycle cellar. There is a barbecue in the garden, and all the apartments enjoy lovely views over the valley.
