The square that this and the rest of the San Gregorio apartments surround has a bar and restaurant and is a great communal meeting centre for fishermen and tourists alike. The apartments are small and over furnished for their size, but with that said it may not be noticed because of the atmosphere of the square and the lapping sea beckoning at the door step.

The railway line between Palermo and Messina runs behind San Gregorio so you must expect some noise the few times a day when a train passes (last train runs at approx. 21:00 and the first at approx. 06:00). Some find this noise a nuisance, but others find it so slight that it is not worth mentioning.

- The apartment is very comfortably furnished and has a kitchen/dining room with sofa bed, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with toilet and shower. From the kitchen there is access to a private terrace with plenty of space for eating and relaxing. The apartments also have TV.
