Residence Club Gardablú is located in a quiet area by Brenzone only 150 m from the lake and the beach. It has a reception, elevator, swimming pool (heated in the low season), parking, table tennis and playground.

The children can play freely here without parents having to worry about traffic. The Residence is at the end of a cul de sac, which is hardly ever used except by guests or the few local people living on the road.

The place has 26 apartments all pleasantly furnished and well looked after. The apartments have their entrance from the mountain side with the living room and terrace/balcony facing the lake. However, the lake views are often impeded by trees in the garden.

This apartment is recommended for couples with children who go to bed early so they are not disturbed while the adults sit out on the terrace. There are only three apartments of this type on site.
