Residence Oasis is located between San Teodoro's centre (400 m) and the lovely and child friendly La Cinta beach (500 m). It is made up of new houses, which are low and small and set in large and well tended gardens.

There is a car park, and in the centre of town there are a number of shops including restaurants, pizzeria, pharmacist, and discotheque. There is also horse riding, tennis and a diving centre.

The apartments all occupy either the ground or first floor. They are well furnished and have terrace or balcony with garden furniture.
VIP apartments are located in two new blocks; they are larger and have own entrance, colour TV and washing machine.
