The San Lorenzo-quarter has 3 supermarkets, one of which is located in Via dei Sabelli, the other two are in Via dei Volsci and Via Tiburtina respectively. In Via dei Sabelli there are also two pharmacists. In the nearby Largo degli Osci a daily market sells fresh produce.
A supervised car park is approx. 300 m from the house.

Approx. 200 m from the house in Via di Scalo San Lorenzo there is a tram stop for tram line No. 3, which runs to and from Basilica di S. Croce in Gerusalemme, Basilica S. Giovanni in Laterano, the Colosseum, Forum Romanum, Cirkus Maksimus, The Pyramid, Porta Portese's street market, the Gallery for Modern Art, the Etruscan Museum and the Zoological Gardens.
Approx. 100 m from the house in Via Tibutana there is a bus stop for the No. 71 bus, which takes you to the historic centre passing the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain, and Via del Corso.
In Via dei Ramni, approx. 300 m from the property, there is a bus stop for the No. 492 bus, which is useful for visits to the Vatican and Castel Sant‘Angelo.
The Metro station (line A) is approx. 400 m from the property in Piazza Vittorio.
