A beautiful villa built in the hills above Borgo San Gregorio near Scafa, and with a wonderful view over the castle in Capo d'Orlando. The shops are 2 km away, and the sea approx. 5 km.

The house has plenty of space inside and out ensuring that large groups or family members can find their own space when they need it. With Family's in mind you can see how much this Villa has been loved by the owners with the memorabilia of generations decorating the walls.

The villa is close to Villa Cucinotta (approx. 50 m) and both villas could be rented together making room for 16-18 people in total.

Villa Carla is split over two levels and has a parking place, garden and terrace with views.
- On the ground floor is a large kitchen, very spacious living room with fireplace, sofa bed and a long dining table, bathroom and extra kitchen.
- On the first floor is a spacious hall with double sofa bed, bathroom, four bedrooms with double bed, one with en suite bathroom.
