When is it available?

Only 1200 m from the town centre of Solomeo and in the middle of flowering gorse and oak trees that are centuries old, Agriturismo Il Mandoleto enjoys a wonderful location.

The farm was restored and converted into apartments in year 2000. All the apartments are together, so it is possible to rent the entire farm – if you are a big group who want to holiday together. Its appearance is typical for rural properties in Umbria and mid-Italy. The apartments are elegantly furnished. The owners have done the decorations on the walls themselves. Many details from the original construction (including old fireplaces and stoves) have been completely restored and now appear authentically rustic and with a charming rural look.

The apartments also have kitchen, living room, and one or more bathrooms, satellite TV, own garden corner and own heating system. There are a number of accommodation choices – from 2 to 15 sleeping places per apartment. There is also an outdoor wood burning stove, barbecue, table tennis and small lake for angling. In addition it is possible to arrange horse riding, mountain biking and golf (an l8-hole golf course is within 3 km). Guests are also welcome to take their meals – preferably pre-booked – in the restaurant Locanda Solomeo in the centre of town.

- apartment Il Mandorlo consists of a living room with fireplace, kitchen, three bedrooms with double bed (possibility of one or two extra beds), one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with double bed and sleeping loft for two plus a total of six bathrooms.
