Residence Parco del Garda enjoys a beautiful setting above Lake Garda in a huge private park of 200,000 m² with grass and olive trees approx. 1 km from the centre of Garda town.


There are approx. 100 units – apartments and villas – which elegantly manage to merge into the landscape. In the private park there are 2 large swimming pools, several children's pools and playgrounds, table tennis, 4 tennis courts and 2 boccia courts. There is also a restaurant/pizzeria and bar on site. A small supermarket is located right by the units making it possible to do your daily shopping here.


All the units have telephone, TV and balcony or terrace with the exception of the one-room apartments. The few apartments there are are all centred around the supermarket. They are of a lower standard than the bungalows, because they are slightly older and not so well furnished.


NB: PARCO DEL GARDA IS FULLY BOOKED IN JULY AND AUGUST 2008.
One room apartment sleeps 2 (C)
- The apartments are approx. 20 m². They consist of a living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette and bathroom with shower.
Two room apartment sleeps 3 (A)
- The apartments are approx. 40 m². They consist of kitchen-dining room with sofa bed for one person, bedroom with double bed or two single beds, bathroom with shower and balcony or terrace.
3-room apartment sleeps 4 (D)
- There are only 2 apartments of type D of approx. 40 m². They consist of a kitchen-dining room, two bedrooms each with two beds, bathroom with shower and balcony or terrace. It should be noted that these apartments are of a lower standard than the other accommodation on site.
3-room apartment sleeps 6 (B)
- The two apartments are approx. 60 m². They consist of a large living room with double sofa bed, kitchen, two bedrooms each with two beds, bathroom with shower and balcony or terrace. It must be noted that these apartments are of a lower standard than the other accommodation on site.
3-room apartment in villa sleeps 5 (BW)
- The villas sleep 5 and are approx. 60 m². They consist of a terrace with outdoor fireplace, living room with sofa bed, kitchen, two bedrooms each sleeps two and bathroom with shower. The villa is surrounded by garden, and there is outdoor fireplace, with a barbecue!
4-room apartment in villa sleeps 7 (VI)
- There are only a few villas sleeps 7 and they are approx. 80 m². They consist of a terrace with outdoor fireplace, living room with sofa bed, a kitchen, three bedrooms each sleeps 2 and bathroom with shower. The villa is surrounded by garden, and there is an outdoor fireplace, where you can barbecue.
