Around the villa, which is divided into two apartments, there is an established and well maintained garden with plenty of room for children to play. Perfect conditions for eating and enjoying the good weather outside. Only one apartment is rented out to visitors.

The apartment consists of a living room, kitchen and loggia on the ground floor. On the first floor there are two bedrooms each sleeps two and then there is a mansard which also sleeps 2 and is the ideal place for children and young people. The house also has a bathroom.
