This is where you’ll find some of Sardinia’s most beautiful beaches, making it a favorite tourist destination.
|

Despite its popularity, this area is still stunning, due in part to the fact that high-rise development, which could have easily destroyed the landscape, was stopped in time. San Teodoro´s town centre is charming and atmospheric with its numerous restaurants and cafés. In the evenings much of the centre is closed to traffic leaving you free to explore the town’s summer market at your leisure.

There are no less than 18 beaches around this town, all of which are easily accessible on foot or by car. La Cinta beach is the most famous, but the Isuledda beach to the south of San Teodoro’s centre is also popular. The small bays of Lu Impostu and Cala Brandinchi are also lovely.
