Castelnuovo Berardenga, approx. 15 km east of Siena, is surrounded by vineyards and hills in the famous wine district Chianti.
Castelnuovo Berardenga dates back to Etruscan times. It is a charming and pretty town surrounded by castles and fortresses. The town is also home to an old Carmelite convent built in 867 and the Montalto castle from 1090.
This town provides an ideal spot for a relaxing holiday.
