This town, which is close to both San Remo and Nice, is a mixture of the old and new and has several historical monuments and archaeological excavations, but also a modern shopping district with fashion boutiques, restaurants and cafés.
You’ll be spoilt for choice here when it comes to interesting day trips. We recommend a visit to the Botanical Gardens, ”Giardini botanici Hanbury” and the grottos, La Grotta del Principe and La Grotta dei Fanciulli.
