The farm is made up of a small village situated in the middle of the land belonging to the farm (70 hectares). The "village" consists of a large main house and four buildings. Guests are free to use the swimming pool on the farm (16 x 9 m), the tennis court and the private lake, which is ideal for angling or just walking. In addition the farm has its own stables and offers riding lessons. It is possible to go horse riding to the nearby mountain peaks with a local guide. There are fabulous views from the houses over the surrounding area with its vineyards, grazing land and woods

The Chignoni farm is located in the hills around Apecchio, approx 5 km from the main road towards Città di Castello. It enjoys a beautiful position with lovely views over lush green woods. The farm stretches for more than 200 hectares with woods and pasture.

The place has been restored and furnished in country style. There is plenty of space by the vicarage and the farmhouse for relaxing, playing boccia or swimming in the new pool.
