There are good connections to Florence, Lucca and Pisa. The beaches by Viareggio (or one of the many other beaches) are all within a radius of 30 minutes drive. In addition to this the buildings are from the 17th century and beautiful in true Tuscan style.

The Prodia is a farm house rich in history that rests quietly beside a Monastery and overlooks the historic town of Siena (3 km away) and the beautiful surrounding’s of the Tuscan countryside.
