Fattoria Raccianello, San Gimignano	Tuscany
Fattoria Raccianello enjoys spectacular views over the town from its location in the hills 5 km outside San Gimignano. In November every year the fruit from the large olive groves surrounding the farm is pressed to create a wonderful olive oil. Peace and tranquility reign supreme here.

Castello di Ristonchi, Pelago	Tuscany
Perched high above the Arno valley, immersed amongst olive groves and surrounded by fir and chestnut forests of the national park of Vallombrosa, stands this imposing castle, church of Santa Egidio and tiny village. Dating back to the early Medieval period, taking it’s name from the Etruscan “Ristona” meaning crest and property of the family Da Quona who offered shelter during 1248 to the Guelfi family defeated in battle in Florence. Later Ristonchi became a spiritual centre used by the monks from the monastery of Vallombrosa.

Le Coloniche, Serravalle Pistoiese	Tuscany
Residence le Coloniche has all the necessary features to make a holiday in Tuscany popular. First of all the location is perfect if you want to combine culture and seaside in your holiday. There are good connections to Florence, Lucca and Pisa. The beaches by Viareggio (or one of the many other beaches) are all within a radius of 30 minutes drive. In addition to this the buildings are from the 17th century and beautiful in true Tuscan style.

The farm is approx. 250 years old and is built from tuff stone, which is very rare in Tuscany. Outside there is a splendid swimming pool (18 x 7 m) overlooking Volterra and a large well kept garden of 50,000 m² with barbecue and pizza oven, playground, covered terrace for restaurant/bar and car park.
