Residence Eurhotel is located by the beach in Montesilvano, 800 m from the town centre. It is a newly built property with a swimming pool for adults and one for children, car parking and garage as well as a total of 130 apartments.
There are several types of apartments, all with balcony, telephone, kitchenette with electric hot plates and bathroom with shower.
1-room apartments can sleep max. 5 (approx. 50 m²). They have a living room sleeping 3 in sofa beds and a night area with double bed.
2-room apartments can sleep max. 6 (approx. 65 m²). They have living room sleeping 3 or 4 in sofa beds and bedroom with double bed or two single beds and eventually extra bed.
There is a reception and elevator. The obligatory club card includes entrance to the swimming pool area, one sun umbrella and two sun loungers on the beach, entertainment, lessons in tennis, swimming, surfing, kayaking, aerobics and salsa. For an extra charge the tennis courts can be hired by the hour, kayaks, water bikes and use of fitness room and sauna is also charged extra.
