There is free parking and all apartments come with air conditioning, a television and a furnished terrace facing the sea. The nearest shops and restaurants are located in the town centre, approx. 1 km from here.
There are 12 apartments in total which are spread over 2 floors and they all have two bathrooms and a spacious furnished terrace with sea views. The beach belonging to the nearby sea park Parco Marino is located on the other side of the road near the train station approx. 250 m away and is reached by an underground passage. The nearest shops and restaurants are located in the town centre which is approx. 1 km from here.

2 bedroom apartment - sleeps 4/6 (entrance on the ground floor):
- The 6 apartments with an entrance on the ground floor are on two levels. On the ground floor there is a living room with a kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bathroom with a toilet and shower. A staircase leads down to a high basement, where there is even a living room with a double sofa bed, a bedroom with two single beds and another bathroom with a toilet and shower. Apartments have a garden facing the mountain or a terrace facing the sea (the prospect may be hindered by trees) with table and chairs, air conditioning and a television. Note the high basement level is just below ground at the back and opens seaward and towards the car park. No matter how good the pictures look, we do not recommend this type of apartments for allergy and asthma sufferers.
2 bedroom apartment - sleeps 4/6 (entrance on the first floor):
- The 6 apartments with an entrance on the first floor are on two levels. On the first floor there is a living room with a kitchenette and a double sofa bed, a double bedroom and bathroom with toilet and shower. A staircase leads up to an attic room with two single beds and a bathroom with toilet and shower. The apartment also has access to a terrace with table and chairs. It is also equipped with air conditioning and a television.
Please note that there is a funicular railway that passes the coastal road between the apartments and the beach, so one should expect some traffic noise at night if you sleep with the windows open. The windows and doors are sound proofed so that there is no noise when they are closed.
Fine apartment, lovely and close to the beach. Cheap area
But A LOT of noise coming from train and road. Sitting on the balcony was intolerable and could be heard inside, even with doors and windows closed and air conditioning running.
The bed sheets and towels we rented were useless.
When we arrived a good portion of the lightbulbs didn't work and one of the air conditions needed to be repaired.
There weren't any informations as to how to use any of the facilities (the washer and stove) worked.
