The location is ideal for families with children, and you can easily arrive here by public transport as there is a train station in the town. However, there are no direct links between Pineto and the airport of Pescara, but there is a bus from the airport to the station in Pescara and from there you can take the train. The train station is located approx. 500 metres from the Rendez-Vous.
Note Please note that the metropolitan train runs right in front of the apartment building, so you have to be prepared that there may be noise disturbance from here, even at night. However, the windows are of such good quality that it should not be a problem if you keep them closed.
is 45 m² and consists of a living room with a kitchenette with a fridge and a small freezer, an oven and a four ring gas hob. There is a double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bathroom / WC and a large furnished terrace with sea views.
We discovered the Adriatic coast though Pineto, which lies close to Pescara. We greatly appreciated the placement by the beach and the encirclement by pine cone trees. The beach is really lovely, with a lot of cosy restaurants.
The home itself is comfortable, the terrace is big and impressive, ask for a view over the pool, so you don't hear the noise from the train line, that goes along the coast. The pool is wonderful, but you need to wear a swimcap; those are the rules in Italy. You can order sheets and covers, but they don't rent them out. You can bring them home with you afterwards. Avoid buying the towels, that look like dish towels. The young man, who takes care of maintenance, is sympathetic and service minded. All in all a lovely place to have you holiday, even though a lot is missing in the kitchen: cutting board and broom, for example. Quality to price ratio was fine, and the kids thought, that the place was fantastic. Tutto va Bene (all is good).
