Residence Il Triangolo is at the end of a cul de sac approx. 50 metres from the beach in a residential area. It is only approx. 2 km to Roseto centre, but there is a bar and restaurant at the nearby Hotel Il Triangolo and shopping opportunities can be found within 1 km.
On one side of the building is a swimming pool with a children's pool and sun terrace with sun beds and showers. On the other hand, just across the street, there is a private garden which offers direct access to a public free beach. The beach is quite narrow and a bit rocky but it is extremely child-friendly, as the water remains shallow for several metres. An umbrella and two chairs are allocated in the garden for each apartment. The site has its own car park which can be used on a first come - first served basis, however it is not difficult or unsafe to park the car in the public squares nearby. There is also a coin-operated laundry, a small playground and a small football pitch, and there is a tennis court nearby.

The 15 apartments are all nicely decorated and all have independent air conditioning, television and a wide balcony and a terrace or garden with a table and chairs. Some apartments - those at the highest levels - have a sea view, but it is not possible to guarantee a specific location. The ground floor apartments have an outdoor area just outside the door.
The apartments consist of a living room with a kitchenette with 4 burner stove, fridge with a small freezer and a double sofa bed (best for children under 12 years), a double bedroom, a bathroom with a toilet and shower and a balcony or terrace with garden furniture.
