The centre of Roseto degli Abruzzi centre is approx. 1 km away, and you will find restaurants and shops within walking distance from the resort.
The property was built in 2008 and was designed with the purpose of insuring that you have as much outdoor space as possible. This is why you will find large terraces here, most of which have sea views, albeit some diagonally. At the entrance there is a small pool and an area with water massage.

The 42 apartments are stylishly furnished and come with air conditioning and television. On the ground floor there is a reception and a laundry room with a shared washing machine (for a fee). The only negative is that the trains run quite closely behind the resort, so you have to be prepared that there may be some noise disturbance. Wi-Fi internet is available in the reception area. Parking is in the public car parks -some for a fee, and it is even possible to get a covered parking space if you book in advance. In addition, a free car park has been recently added next door to the site.

Super lovely apartment complex and very kind hosts.
Nice view from the back of the hotel towards the mountains. However, you have to be able to live with the fact, that the train rails are very close, and makes noise day and night.
