The St. Pierre castle is located in the city center and built on a hill, it can be seen from all directions. The region Aosta is only 8 km away.
Especially at night, one can enjoy a wonderful view of the illuminated castle, which dates from the 12th century. The castle was originally a watchtower but at the end of the last century significant changes were made, thus the fairytale towers were. Today when you visit the castles walls, you find the Regional Museum of Natural Science there.
