Villa Santa Croce is a very spacious holiday home with a large outdoor area of about 3 hectares with olive trees, fruit trees, ornamental trees and with a relaxing lounge area at the back of the villa equipped with a small pool of 2.20x2.20m. It represents more a plunge pool for refreshing yourself during the hot days.

An entrance to the large living room with original fireplace, sofas and armchairs, LCD TV and a CD and DVD player, radio, antique table with chairs; from here you access the rustic and perfectly finished kitchen with ceramic tiles from the 700s where a table and chairs have been placed and modern kitchen appliances are provided; on the other side of the kitchen you enter the large dining room with large table with 8 seats and ample cupboard. There is one matrimonial bedroom on the ground floor with access to the terrace and a tastefully furnished bathroom with shower.
From the ground floor dining room and kitchen you have direct access to the wonderful veranda with brick columns and wooden sheds that has been furnished with two large extendable wood tables, chairs, armchairs and 5 marble tables with masonry benches. The brick barbecue completes the area and the spectacular view of the countryside of Puglia and its trulli makes it the perfect place for outside meals.
An internal staircase leads from the living room to the first floor of the villa, where you'll find another living/lounge room with comfortable sofas, an armchair, Television and library. From here you access the 2 double bedrooms and second bathroom with shower. From one of the bedrooms you have direct access to the beautifully furnished rooftop terrace and from the other bedroom you access a balcony that leads to the same terrace.
Back in the living room on the first floor is another staircase that leads to the fourth bedroom with two single beds that can be joined if necessary and bathroom. The whole villa is equipped with free Wifi Internet.
Behind the villa, in the peaceful and private surroundings of the ancient trees and ornamental plants, is a pleasant outdoor area with small pool, equipped with sun loungers for maximum relaxation.
In the garden (about three acres of land) you can find a rich vegetation of olive trees and evergreen plants in which you can enjoy nice walks and pick fruit from the trees such as olives, cherries, figs, pears and pomegranates.
This stunning villa is located only a few kilometers from the town of Bisceglie and is very well connected to nearby beaches. Being surrounded by green trees, the villa enjoys a panoramic position that enhances the authentic and spectacular natural scenery of the Murgia. The area where it is located, named Lama Santa Croce, has a great archaeological value and landscaping, it can be enjoyed hiking to the nearby Grotta di Santa Croce, Grotta del Finestrino, la Grotta delle Due Crocette and the Dolmen della Chianca.
