This is the place to come to combine rural and beach life in the sun. Carovigno is a cute little village where you can wander in the cosy historic centre and spend days on a nice beach. It is also a place where you can enjoy undisturbed nature as it is in fact a nature reserve. Picturesque bays along the coast offer you endless opportunities to experience the real Apulia, and to soak up the relaxing atmosphere. Shops and restaurants can be found in the town.
Villa Torre Uliveto offers a light space with white walls as is the tradition in the region, along with natural surroundings ... and of course the pool. You will have plenty of time to enjoy swimming in the long pool which measures 20 x 4 metres with a depth of 100 to 180 cm! Around the pool, you will find plenty of sun loungers where you can spend many an hour in the sun or the shade.
One of the most wonderful things about summer in the south is outdoor dining. You can enjoy meals together here on the table and chairs in the garden with a bit of shade from the olive trees near the pool, whilst you inhale the gentle scents of the lavender and rosemary. Besides this, there is a small open dining area you will find a convenient sink and a barbeque. Near the house is a larger wooden table on the terrace where you can enjoy magical dinners together.
5 bedroom Villa - sleeps 10/12 people
Expect a total of 15 000 m², with 210 m² of internal space in this very bright villa with white walls which has been developed around the stone remains of an old wheat tower. The villa consists of a large living room with an open kitchen and a lounge area / TV. This is where you will find the sofa bed that will accommodate two people. From there, you go through a small hallway into the tower which is on two floors. On the ground floor, among the many original arches, is a beautiful double room with a small bathroom (shower and toilet) which has been constructed in compliance with the architecture of the tower. Upstairs you have a spacious double bedroom with its own bathroom (shower and toilet).
On the opposite side of the living room, you come to an entrance with three other bedrooms that sleep two people in each. One has two single beds and the other has a double bed. Each room has a private bathroom with a shower / bath and a toilet. Here you will also find a laundry. The house has many amenities such as air conditioning, internet, heating, a hairdryer, satellite TV, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a DVD player. The kitchen includes a large fridge freezer, a microwave, an electric oven and four gas hobs. The house also has two fireplaces, a barbeque in the garden and a library with large selection.
