You will be wanting for nothing here in this little paradise where the sparkling sea creates a magical setting. The windows are all fitted with mosquito nets and you will sleep well at night to the sound of crickets and waves. The house has a washing machine, air conditioning and two parking spaces. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, an oven and of course a 6 burner gas stove. The kitchen is quite small, but large enough to be able to cook in peace and look out the window looking out onto the terrace where you can dine in the wind. You will feel the authenticity and charm of the original terrain that characterizes this area with its rocky surfaces. There is also a stone barbeque in the garden.
It is not only the nature around that is outstanding, the villa itself is also very inviting with its authentic charm and innovative details. The stylish colours harmonize nicely with each other and the furniture gives the house a fresh touch with the natural stone floor. This style is consistent throughout the villa, and you will notice among other things the original stone in one of the bathrooms.
The villa measures a spacious 100 square metres over two floors. An aluminium staircase leads to the upper floor that consists of a living room with an open kitchen and two glass doors leading to two furnished terraces. On the ground floor you will find two bedrooms with a double bed in each one and one bedroom with two single beds, and two bathrooms. The bedrooms are located in the heart of the mountain and have genuine rock walls and small windows. There is also a sofa bed that you can fold out, and an extra bed you can add so that the house can accommodate up to nine people. Due to the rocky terrain and the many stairs, the house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, the elderly or very young children.
