When you go on a beach holiday in the south of Italy, you're not going to want to stay indoors for long. Life must be lived in the open air: in the charming town, on the beach and not least on your large, well furnished terrace. We musn't forget the beautiful beach, which is only 200 metres from the apartment where the sand is fine and the water is clear.
The apartment Attico Diamante is bright, well maintained and perfectly created for the southern Italy heat. The bright walls and floors do not retain the heat and the air conditioner is available to make the indoor climate more comfortable. The terrace is partly covered, and provides an area where you can dine outside, and you can even BBQ on the terrace with sea views.
The apartment is on the 6th floor and is approximately 60 m². It consists of living room with an open kitchen (4 burner stove, an oven and fridge-freezer) and a dining table with chairs and a sofa, two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with shower and WC. It is possible to add an extra bed for at fee. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and a washing machine, both the bedrooms and the living room have flat panel televisions. From the living room you have access to the large terrace (which is as large as the apartment itself), which is equipped with "sofa", a table, chairs, sun beds, shower and a barbeque.
