The villa's location is excellent in every sense; it is near to the A14 motorway for easy access to the airports of Bari and Brindisi (Bari being the closest at around 55 km away), and in close proximity to other interesting towns such as Alberobello, Altamura, Mottola, and the famous nearby cave town of Matera in Basilicata.
The property is surrounded by a large garden with plants, beautiful olive groves and lawns. The garden contains a large stone table where you can enjoy your meals in the shade and enjoy a swim in the fairly large pool (7 x 14 metres). A car is essential to get around here, as the nearest supermarket is 5 km away and it is 6 km to the nearest town (Gioia del Colle) with restaurants and other shops. The nearest railway station is also located here.

- Trullo villa consists of 4 bedrooms (2 with double beds and two with two single beds), two bathrooms, a kitchen and a dining area. The style is authentic with good quality furnishings in all rooms. Trulli houses have the advantage of maintaining a cool temperature during the summer months and they offer charming accommodation steeped in character and history. The disadvantages are that the doors are quite low and that there is little floor space - but what does that matter when the framework is atmospheric and atypical with an enormous outdoor area?
