At your disposal there is a small kitchen where you will find all the bare necessities to prepare simple meals, with four gas burners and a refrigerator hidden behind a half wall into the living room. There are also two bathrooms which is convenient.
You will be particularly surprised by the fine and decorative elements at the house. Blue ceramic's remind you the beauty of the panorama. The triple room under the stone arch which used to house the straw rooms furthermore adds character, even if it has only a small window. This room remains cooler during the hot weather. It took a lot of ingenuity by the owners to renovate this house while respecting the original architecture. In short, they have created something quite magical here with many original features.

The villa Pajara di Nelly is about 50 square metres indoors and 470 outdoors. It consists of two bedrooms, one double and one triple, and two bathrooms with a shower and toilet. The house has also two outdoor showers. It also contains a dining room, a kitchen, a covered terrace facing the sea furnished with a table, chairs and sofas, and a solarium on the roof. Note that the house has a few stairs not suited to young children and people with reduced mobility.
