Amazing terrace
This was a lovely apartment with an amazing terrace and view. There are 55 steps up to the door and more up to the terrace . Only one dishwasher tablet and no washing up liquid and no washing machine tablets. As an extra 50 euros was due on arrival which we did know about for hire of linen and cleaning for a 3 night stay, we thought this a bit mean. Also we had to wait in for our host to arrive and collect this fee.

Extraordinary view
Except for the shower, everything was nice at Guiseppe's. Very kind welcome and a reliable old school landlord. We had a wonderful week in Monopoli. Location and view is unbeatable. Love to Guiseppe.

The best tiramisu is in Pompi and for dining there's lots of great restaurants.
Regarding excursions Ostuni, Alberobello, Trulli, Polignano Amare, Trani, Castellammare Del Monte are recommendable, and lots of other places.
The parking can be problematic, and can be very difficult in the high season!
