Oasi del sole is situated in a historic building that has recently been transformed into a luxury holiday home equipped with all comforts that guarantee a wonderful stay in Monopoli. The apartment is spread over three floors with a superb partly covered roof terrace on the top floor from where you can look over the innumerable churches in the town and the Adriatic coast.
On the ground floor, the house comprises a large and bright living area with a comfortable sofa bed (double) and an LCD TV, a dining room and kitchen facilities with a gas oven, a microwave and an electric kettle. There is a bathroom with a sink, toilet and glass enclosed shower.

On the first floor there is the sleeping area, consisting of a double bedroom with direct access to the second bathroom (complete) and a second bedroom with a single bed.
On the floor you go through a small hallway that is used as a utility and storage room, you enter the beautiful terrace of 20 sqm with panoramic sea views, a living room with LCD TV and a dining table with seating for 6 people.
