The villa was newly built in 2009 so you can be sure that everything is in tip top shape. The swimming pool is shared with the owners family and is surrounded by a park with stunning views over the hills of the countryside around Monopoli. It is a wonderful setting for a family holiday, especially since the the villa is away from busy roads, but still close to a town.
Modern and nicely furnished
Inside, the villa is very nice with new, modern furniture of high quality. The many modern facilities provide a good base for a successful holiday: air conditioning, CD / DVD / TV and washing machine. In the villa's garden you can enjoy the lovely pool (10 x 5 m), which is shared with the owner's family, however they rarely here.

Day trips
This is an excellent base from where to take trips in this beautiful region to cities like Alberbello and Marina Franca, but also to the shores of the genuine coastal towns of Monopoli and Polignano a Mare.

- The villa consists of a large living room with two sofas and a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster and a dining area, a double bedroom and a garden with views , a bedroom with two single beds, another bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom and access to the garden. Moreover, there is a large shared bathroom in addition to the two other bedrooms with toilets, showers and a hairdryer. From the living room there is access to a large terrace with garden furniture and a barbeque.
